As you know, I am a fan of the vuvuzelas. In honor of the World Cup, Youtube has created a feature that allows you to play the horn over highlights. Just click on the soccer ball icon on the right side of the time box on any Youtube clip to hear it (sorry but the feature doesn't work when embedded). You can listen to
the Flutie Hail Mary
Or Matt Ryan at Virginia Tech.
Now that the U.S. is out of the Cup, there won't be much of a BC angle. But let's hope Charlie Davies is a big factor in 2014.
When vuvuzelas become common at BC football games - thyt's when I give up my season tickets. How could you possibly be a fan of those horrible things, ATL?
ReplyDeleteBOISE STATE VS. VIRGINIA TECH, SEPT. 6 (Landover) - this is the type of game we should be doing - not Weber State.
ReplyDeleteWait 'til your kids are old enough to play vuvuzelas 24/7 at home and march around your fallen bod as you writhe in pain and rue the day, ol' boy. You'll be howling a different tune about vuvuzelas then...Can't think of anything worse than the vuvuzela at a BC game, except losing to ND.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry buddy, but you've finally lost your mind. =)
ReplyDeleteVuvuzelas are there to remind us that silence is good, lol.
