He just did not have a lot of range, but inside the 25, he was golden. And he could kick the pressure kicks (remember Navy in the bowl game). He will be missed.<br /><br />I love the bowl match-up. Two academic schools. Similar type of athlete that is hard-working and has a chip on their shoulders. Great player in Gerhart going up against a fairly good defense (and freshman sensation Luke). Basically a home game for Stanford, but should be a great game. <br /><br />Great season for BC soccer. He continued to improve every year and obviously put in a ton of work. Nothing more frustrating than a bad kicker (other than prevent defense and a stubborn refusal to handoff to the best player on the field).
