Welcome home

Needless to say, campus got a little excited last night. The Mods were packed and word quickly spread about the team's 3:30 AM arrival back on campus. So some passionate students got together and organized an impromptu pep rally. Even the band got out of bed. WE ARE BC!!!

    this is what I miss about being ON campus as a student. I loved the 2 am arrival "parade," and I love that it happened spontaneously.

    Now THAT's an Eagle Walk. THAT ought to be the BC tradition right there. Part of the beauty of an on-campus stadium, and overwhelmingly on-campus housing. Forget that thing two hours before the game; our football players shall know they are loved as a fair bit of the student body is waiting for their buses to arrive back home at 4 in the frickin' morning!

    I would kill to be back in Boston these days. There's nothing more exciting on this earth than an improbable Championship run.

    also as a student who is off-campus this year, i know for a fact that tons of off-campus students made the walk to campus partied in the mods til the team came and cheered our guys on as they came off the bus. THIS IS GOING TO BE A CRAZY WEEKEND AT BC! GO EAGLES!!!
