In-game comments post: Maryland

This is our last football game for a few weeks. It is also Spaz's chance to end the regular season on a high note. Let's go Eagles!

I will be at the game and not online. Leave your thoughts and comments below.

  1. I haven't yet decided whether I'm going to watch this game in its entirety. Florida is my second team and they're on at the same time. The BC game is just so uninspiring. Mediocre team at awful team. Nothing at stake. Bleh. I guess I'll watch most of it.

  2. NorCal,

That's the spirit, besides Tebow has played two uninspiring seasons since his Heisman. This Florida team is definitely living on the edge, a la Iowa, 'Bama will take them down, sorry. Also, I think as BC people we should root for FSU, as distasteful as that sounds, so that a) The SEC gets taken down a notch and b) enough FSU people rally around Bowden to bring him back so we can keep beating them.

BREAKING NEWS, ESPNU finally on Comcast's lineup in my area, it's been like the gulag around here all season, and the U likes to snap up BC games. At some point the pecking order of ACC TV coverage was explained and the U always gets like 2nd or 3rd pick, and we are usually available as JP likes to take one of the Southern schools.

I take it the Bowls will not select until after the title game, unless the lower bowls can come to some prearranged agreement? Anyone? Bueler?

  3. Really? Not sure if you're going to watch? Sure, there is nothing major on the line for the BC game, but its easy being a fan when a team is good. Times like this are when the team needs its fan's support. Games like this are when we need to be loud for the defense.

In my mind a second team is a team you watch when the first team isn't playing. If the second team takes priority, it ceases to be a second team.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Is anyone else sick at the thought of NC State beating UNC, after UNC whipped up on us?

    ReplyDelete
  5. I can see not feeling compelled to watch BC-Md. - it's not the most compelling 'rivalry' game
(boy, wouldn't Syracuse have been a perfect fit for us in the ACC?). Still, this team has been so inconsistent, I'm curious to see how Uncle Dave plays. Next year, we could have a very good team, considering the D and Herzlich coming back. It'd be nice to not have to deal with a newbie QB again.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Thanks for the pep talk, guys. I'll probably watch most of the game, mostly to see if Shinskie can pull it together and not gift-wrap the ball to the defense. I'd love for him to re-gain the form he had earlier in the season, though I doubt we'll see that kind of performance before the bowl game. Go Eagles.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Wow, I'm glad I'm not a Maryland fan. How depressing it must be to know that Chris Turner is your offensive captain. Yikes.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Game is on justintv if anyone does not have espnu, like me!

    ReplyDelete
  9. This team never starts the game with urgency. How uninspiring.

Long drive for Md. Usual cushion...Very questioable Pass Int on first play. Oh well, held them to 3

    ReplyDelete
  11. The announcers just referred to Shinskie as Uncle Dave. That's awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Run- Run- Pass.

    Who would've guessed?!?!?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Good lord. Terrible play from Shinskie. How is there not a flat or underneath route called on that play? And how do you hold on to the ball that long?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Ugggghhhhhh....

    SHINSKIE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  15. LOOK at the empty stands at Maryland....wow..

    ReplyDelete
  16. Those empty seats are why I have to believe that Friedgen is on his way out. The Fridge has become very unpopular with the fan-base. I've even heard rumors of alumni that may be willing to pay the buy-out. And that isn't even talking about Franklin.

    ReplyDelete
  17. If BC were 2-9 I think Alumni would be lucky to look that good on Thanksgiving weekend.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Okay, Dave. It's time to get over the early yips. I can't believe we're still dealing with this after the number of starts he's had.

    ReplyDelete
  19. That kid is fast! All Colin on that one!

    ReplyDelete
  20. SHINSKIE!!!!!!!!!!!!(larmond!!!)

    ReplyDelete
  21. If you don't get ESPNU:

    http://www.justin.tv/jeepjeep

    ReplyDelete
  22. WTF is so hard about saying Larmond's name?

ESPN U, 2, 360, Ocho non of them can say it.

    LAR-MOND

Holy shit what did he just call Aponovicous?

    ReplyDelete
  23. Worst? Call? Ever?

    ReplyDelete
  24. ref is a knucklehead

    announcers are too.

    ReplyDelete
  25. http://www.justin.tv/jeepjeep

    ^^great find Jim..

    ReplyDelete
  26. A little hurry-up here? Interesting. Let's see what Dave does here. So far so good.

    ReplyDelete
  27. shin's got his groove back

    ReplyDelete
  28. i hate the repeated "Uncle Dave" comments

    ReplyDelete
  29. Awesome play-calling. We better be going for this from the 1.

    ReplyDelete
  30. APA -No-VOOOSH-Ness

    ReplyDelete
  31. Playaction's been working. Are we trying to get Aponavicius an All ACC spot?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Since when does vi make a VOOO sound?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Lahmon? Aponavooshus?

Also, call the game a little more aggressively in the red-zone, you patzers.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I'm watching the game with my brother. He said, "Boy the defense did not come to play." I told him, "Nah, they do this every single game. They always have a first drive that looks like crap and then they tighten up for the rest of the game."

    ReplyDelete
  35. Anonymous4:15 PM

Well, I really don't get Cherry's call earlier?!!? I do not fear the Turtle thus far

    ReplyDelete
  36. With another 10-20 pounds of muscle, Keuchly is gonna be a freak

    ReplyDelete
  37. I love it when our defense decides not to cover the receivers on third down.

    ReplyDelete
  38. NC St beats UNC

UVA playing VT tough (evine winning)

    BC.....needs some moxie

    ReplyDelete
  39. oops *even winning

    ReplyDelete
  40. When are we going to have an option to just watch the game with crowd and field noise and no announcers? These ESPU dudes are as bad as our pass defense...

    ReplyDelete
  41. "Live arm" maybe, but Jamar is staring down his receivers worse than Shinskie. I hope BC picks this kid off at least once.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Turner is doing his ALL-ACC impersonation against BC again...

    ReplyDelete
  43. wait...is that not turner???

    ReplyDelete
  44. Awesome defense is awesome! Wait, no it isn't. Damn, this offense is terrible and they just decide to not cover receivers or pursue to the outside. Honestly, that was a well-executed drive by Maryland against a defense that never takes chances. Coupled with our offense that doesn't take chances (see third and fourth and goal from the one) and, well, lack of excitement/leading.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I'm stunned. I thought BC would throttle this team. I know it is on the road, but c'mon.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Anonymous4:25 PM

Maybe I do fear the Turtle if the cushion continues into the red zone all game....come on

    ReplyDelete
  47. This is going to get ugly if McGovern maintains this delusional cushion pass D...Old Coach Ralph knows how to beat us when he sees a weakness like our soft coverage. Every game we've lost this year featured this brilliant strategy.

    ReplyDelete
  48. If Jamar throws those passes all day, we end up with 3 INTs.

    ReplyDelete
  49. We're in a fight all day against this terrible team - what does that make us?

    ReplyDelete
  50. These announcers are terrible and so is the quality of the field. This coaching staff needs to get a little more aggressive and take some chances. We're just not a program that is going to out-talent many teams. Yes, we have some wonderful players that will play on Sundays. However, we won't have a defense talented enough to impose its will while sitting back in coverage or an offense that will just run over quality defenses.

Lucky break on the late-hit here.

    ReplyDelete
  51. ticky tack? he drilled him three yards out of bounds!

    ReplyDelete
  52. Anonymous4:30 PM

Late hit out of bounds, dopey announcers

    ReplyDelete
  53. And yes it was a lucky break on the late hit, but guess what happens when you take chances and throw down-field? You force the defense to take chances and you get lucky sometimes.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Gunnell is making these drops a bad habit. He needs to help his quarterback out and make those catches when he's wide open.

    ReplyDelete
  55. That would have been a TD!

    ReplyDelete
  56. Anonymous4:31 PM

This is why Superfan is not a plus sometimes...

    ReplyDelete
  57. A little out of Gunnell' reach - slight mis-throw by Uncle Dave.

    ReplyDelete
  58. D - be aggressive.

    ReplyDelete
  59. WHY do we have such a problem dumping off a pass to a TE on 3rd down and short? Who makes these jackass calls to pass to Gunnell when we all know the Shinskie ball is only good 1 out of ten times? It's an H1N1 play call.
Now the Terps will short pass us down the field again.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Great catch there by Larmond! Way to take it away from the defensive back.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Who knew that Larmond could actually catch. Wow.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Man, great play by Larmond, but Shinskie needs to keep checking down when their plays aren't there. (Shocker, I know)

    ReplyDelete
  63. Anonymous4:40 PM

    Larmond!! Awesome...

    ReplyDelete
  64. Ok guys timeout let's get the play right, hand off to Montel.

    ReplyDelete
  65. At least we faked out the camera guy.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Harris has been awesome so far, but someone is going to have spell him at some point. Do you think Isaac Johnson could carry the ball a little (he was a RB in high school)?

    ReplyDelete
  67. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Wow, Dave is a tremendously inaccurate passer.

    ReplyDelete
  69. We're going to wear this team by the 3rd quarter.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Dave got lucky yet again. Good Lord.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Apahnavooscius is his "guy"!

    ReplyDelete
  72. Shinskie knows he's allowed to run with the ball right??

    God Dammit with Vooshus nonsense!!!

Listen to your coworker, dummy. He's saying Sid Vicious to give you the hint.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Anonymous4:45 PM

He should have run...well, take the 3

    ReplyDelete
  74. Shinskie's not getting play calls that he can perform. It's nuts that we can't get him short passes underneath to just move the ball. Play action, short pops to Montel, something realistic. These tipped balls of his have killed us in the last 4 games...
Somebody text that pinhead in the booth with the phonetic pronunciation of Sid's name...

    ReplyDelete
  75. Damik! Did anyone even block him?! Awesome play right there!

    ReplyDelete
  76. THAT is pursuit.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Back-to-back sacks! That is not something I would have predicted.

    ReplyDelete
  78. SCAFE JUST CRUSHED that QB!!!
    Whooah! Almost a double sack!

    ReplyDelete
  79. 2d a "coverage" sack for sure

    ReplyDelete
  80. Pound Harris. Get the first downs. I"m terrified of the pick6 here....

    Or screens, that's good too!

    ReplyDelete
  81. We got sacked the QB! We executed a screen! What the hell is going on here?!

    ReplyDelete
  82. Hey-0! Someone's listening to Mason.

    ReplyDelete
  83. FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    A SCREEN TO MONTEL!

    ReplyDelete
  84. maryland is terrible, but it's not like we're crazygood this year (and did you see all those close games maryland's been in this year?). We're on the road, it's a sort of pointless game, I'm happy with how well they're doing. Do you remember the first 9 minutes of the last game?

    They're doing great.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Hmm, a screen to Harris....gets a ton of yards....why have we not used that play more this year?

    ReplyDelete
  86. Anonymous4:53 PM

    Larmond...again

    ReplyDelete
  87. Final timeout?? I thought Spaz lost his mind...but the announcers are just morons

    ReplyDelete
  88. We should be killing this team. Come on OC - give us some more. Wht would I think that? Gary Nyquill

    ReplyDelete
  89. finch still sick?

    ReplyDelete
  90. If ever there were a day to try the screen to Jeff Smith again today looks like the day. Maryland is giving it away and Shinskie seems to have figured it out.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Fake FG - Flutie for 6.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Anonymous4:56 PM

4th and 4 take the points...we get the ball coming out...I can state the obvious also

    ReplyDelete
  93. We do get the ball after the half, so I guess we didn't *need* to press the issue on this drive. However, the lack of urgency in the red zone from the coaches continues to puzzle me.

And yes, Finch has been reported to still be ill.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Decent half, I guess. Glad to be winning at the break.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Wow he actually said Sid Vicious and Apanavooshus in the same sentence. I give up. He is actually retarded.

    ReplyDelete
  96. This announcer says Steve's nickname correctly and then butchers his name.

If his name was pronounced apanaVOOshess why on earth would his nickname be sid VIcious?

    ReplyDelete
  97. This sucks. With 20 plus ticks on the clock and Spaz whimps out? Very disappointing message to send to the offense and the fans. 3 points when it should be 7--twice. Talk about a way to ruin the halftime margarita...
Go Eagles! Let's hope the coaches sing at a lower register in the 2nd half 'cuz this was pure castrati-ville.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Our play-callers absolutely settled for three and they did it three times! Not two. Three times! Good gravy. If we'd only gotten two of those three (and not gotten a field goal on the other), the score would be 21-10, which juts feels better. If we'd gotten a field goal in addition, it would be 24-10, which is borderline dominance.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Clemson stunk the joint out today - can't wait to beat them in Chestnut Hill next year. They actually started to believe they were a great team - they suck.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Anonymous5:07 PM

They're still going to the ship...Spiller is the man

    ReplyDelete
  101. Gary Nyquill = 3 points instead of 7 all year. He should retire for the third time.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Anyone else having flashbacks to the UVA game?

    ReplyDelete
  103. just keep giving the ball to montel. run the bazooka. and please for the love of god put the ball in the endzone.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Anonymous5:20 PM

Hike the ball! you get 5 yards....

    ReplyDelete
  105. That was almost a pic--and Montel was open in the middle.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Time for some play-action, Gary.

    ReplyDelete
  107. These offensive calls just blow...

    ReplyDelete
  108. That series just got saved--that pass was aweful...

    ReplyDelete
  109. Can we please not run everything to the outside. I know Montel's small, but he isn't a speed back.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Who will replace Richman?

    ReplyDelete
  111. I ashamed to admit it, but those Snuggie ads are turning me on! Especially the grey-haired couger in the zebra Snuggie.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Now that was a lovely call, throw and catch. Nothing complicated there.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Great throw and great pronunciation!!

    ReplyDelete
  114. Is there a better PR piece this year for BC? Why not have the Drop Kick Murphies playing while Fr. Leahy hands out diplomas?

Is Montel the greatest gutty back in the ACC?

    ReplyDelete
  115. How about play action pass to the tight end?

    ReplyDelete
  116. Anonymous5:31 PM

Stick it in; stop the bs...3rd dow now; do something

    ReplyDelete
  117. Nyquill i an idiot.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Uncle Dave...

    ... For shame.

    And the streak is over.

    ReplyDelete
  119. Montel is the man, however, if Finch, Phifer or one of the recruits doesn't produce next year then this kind of usage will kill Montel.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Anonymous5:33 PM

wow, just wow, fumble? bring on Sid...Missed one wow

    ReplyDelete
  121. You're not sorry you mispronouncing clown.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Awful play-calling on this drive. The outside stretch run was called, what, 5 times and never run for positive yardage. Not once! And then, because the coaches don't want to take any chances until they don't have a choice, we come away with zero points. The tally: 4 red-zone trips, 3 field goals, no touchdowns. Gary Tranquill's offense: it's . . .

    Sorry, I dozed off there.

    ReplyDelete
  123. the apa-no-voosh crap put the hex on Apa!

    ReplyDelete
  124. I think the perfection goal got way into Apo's head. We needed those points. We're letting Maryland hang in there when we should be up by 3 TD"s.

Oh well, you have to figure the Terp D is getting worn down.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Dan,
You're right. He isn't sorry. He came out of halftime apologizing for mispronouncing his name, yet continues to do so.

    ReplyDelete
  126. 4 times in scoring position = 3 field goals. Sorry Steve.

    Impressive, Gary Nyquill. RETIRE.

    ReplyDelete
  127. If our O Line is worth Dick Cheney they'll open a hole for Montel...but then, another really dumb playcall...
and then Dave drops the ball.
Another FG...I knew he'd miss that. It's bad OC karma. That was ATROOSHUS!!! Ooops...I'm channeling a
a TV announcer with a frontal lobotomy...

    ReplyDelete
  128. FSU is getting rocked. embarassing for the league

Clemson did not look good either

let's hope GTech takes care of biz

    ReplyDelete
  129. the red-zone play-calling is atrocious. thought the pass plays were nicely done...easy outs to wrs given a lot of cushion.

the stretch runs inside the 20...i mean, the field is short! the formations don't change.

montel deserves better. what a stud.

    ReplyDelete
  130. This game is looking more and more like BC will find some way to lose. You can't let a bad Maryland team hang in the game with you. On another note, outside of his kickoff return to begin the game, Spiller has bad today. Ruined his Heisman hopes.

    ReplyDelete
  131. Excuse me, it's pronounced Mark Herzilootch

    ReplyDelete
  132. atrooshus...nice.

i'm going to find the announcer and staple his tongue to this lips.

    aponavooooshus. what. an. idiot.

dude was bound to miss a chippy. oh wait, that's all he kicks. can't complain...everything with him is gravy.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Damik! Is this the first multi-sack game from a member of our defense this year?

    ReplyDelete
  134. Anonymous5:39 PM

    Scafe with another sack....

    ReplyDelete
  135. The entire ACC got embarrassed today. Florida is killing FSU. A very mediocre South Carolina team manhandled Clemson. Plus, a good (by ACC standards) UNC lost to a horrible NCST.

    ReplyDelete
  136. Do you say it Froderick, Froderick Frahnkensteen?

    ReplyDelete
  137. The only way that would have worked is you took the absolute value of that result. The stretch play is NOT WORKING in this half. Try something else, Gary.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Fire Gary Nyquill. We could lose this game because of his play calling.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Damik is having a very good game.

    ReplyDelete
  140. Hey remember when the screen passes were working? Yea that was awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  141. Okay...is there not a kind of Ground Hog Day redundancy to our offensive scheme today? Is Bill Murray calling this game? Am I just seeing a constant deja vu play after play because we seem to just make this game more difficult than it should be?

That's the fifth time we've been run out on 3rd and short to the sideline...

I gotta think our OC's are clueless.
Where are the screns to Montel or Pantale?
Why doesn't Dave just run the damn ball? WTFFFFFF?

    ReplyDelete
  142. Was BC's 3rd and 2 play designed to go outside or did Montel do that on his own? I just can't believe they would call that play when they've lost about 20 yards the last ten times they've run it.

    ReplyDelete
  143. On the other hand, our pass defense is awful.

    ReplyDelete
  144. mmason, make me a margarita.

    ReplyDelete
  145. mod10, it was a designed outside stretch run. The end of the line blocked to seal the edge, not to create a come-back lane. That play has not worked once this half, yet they've run it at least a half dozen times.

    ReplyDelete
  146. This game is scaring me, Gary - thanks for building the 6 point cushion.

    ReplyDelete
  147. MMason, make that 2.

    ReplyDelete
  148. Let's start the "let Gary go" campaign now - the guy has to go.

    ReplyDelete
  149. Oh, good Christmas gift idea. My wife would love a strap perfect!

    ReplyDelete
  150. Mod 10--you nailed it. It'unbelievable...And then we let these guys get into BC territory...
Guys, I'll have a triple for all of you!

    ReplyDelete
  151. Keuchly kill!!

I'd like to thank the Dave Methusela Band...

    ReplyDelete
  152. Man, if Kuechly were a safety in high school, imagine being a 17 year old wide receiver going across the middle? Yikes.

    ReplyDelete
  153. Nice stop by the D, there. Scafe at the center of it again! He's having a very good game.

Now let's see how Tranquill screws it up this time.

    ReplyDelete
  154. McLaughlin - we'll miss you. Great BC player!

    ReplyDelete
  155. Holy Shit Gary's awake!!

    ReplyDelete
  156. First heads-up play in a long time by Shinskie there. And we got a first down on this drive? What?

    ReplyDelete
  157. Needs to step up in the pocket.

    ReplyDelete
  158. And a middle run? I thought Gary forgot about those.

    ReplyDelete
  159. Shin takes one for the team...but that pass was scary.
Look at Montel be The Man!!!

    ReplyDelete
  160. Uncle Dave and Poppa Tranqs

    ReplyDelete
  161. Hey Hey!! A pass to the TE!!
Gary must be readin' my tea leaves!

    ReplyDelete
  162. I'm ok with that playcall so long as this in two down territory.

    ReplyDelete
  163. OH GODDAMN THIS F-ING SQUEEZE! You have to be kidding me! THAT PLAY DOESN'T WORK! GET OVER IT! Gary is really trying to lose us this game.

    ReplyDelete
  164. Okay, well, that playcall I'm not as okay with.

Actually, that's about as frustrating as it gets. Just basically ran the same play that got stopped for no gain.

    ReplyDelete
  165. out of curiosity...

are people entertained by our brand of football?

im not questioning anyone's fan-hood. ill watch bc any day, regardless of the score or opponent as im sure all of you would too.

    just curious.

    ReplyDelete
  166. Harris will need a whirlpool and a massage.

Fire Gary Nyquill - he's not up to the task.

What an embarrassment - He's making you look bad, Spaz - get rid of the bum.

    ReplyDelete
  167. WTF? Again? Tranq is done. Spaz is dead to me for letting this nonsense continue to happen.

    ReplyDelete
  168. Anonymous6:00 PM

Again, Sid's range screws things up...

    ReplyDelete
  169. I don't think Poppa Tranq's actually called that. They thought he was signaling "Go for the throat." but he was just choking on a butterscotch.

    ReplyDelete
  170. Well--That was surely inspired play calling by Gary-Wan-Kanobi...

    ReplyDelete
  171. a stretch run on 4th down...brilliant.

    somebody wake up our OC.

    and fire him.

    ReplyDelete
  172. Inexcusable!! Shit-quill calls 2 straight sweeps when that play has been slammed all game. I hope Spaz has the cajones to fire this guy.

    ReplyDelete
  173. Our brand of football is awful under Gary NyQuill.

    ReplyDelete
  174. Why don't we run McCluskey up the middle in short yardage anymore? He used to be a bull in those situations

    ReplyDelete
  175. No, I am not entertained by our brand of football. This coaching staff plays to not lose, rarely to win. That was a gutsy (and correct) decision to go for it, but the play-call was horrid. We do have talent, but our coaches refuse to let that talent loose. That's how you end up running 15 more plays than your opponent, but only six more points.

Like you, though, I will watch this team no matter how they play.

    ReplyDelete
  176. gary is setting up the bootleg with all those stretch runs...for san francisco.

i have to keep reminding myself this is a 2-win Md. team...

    ReplyDelete
  177. Defense is worn out as usual.

    ReplyDelete
  178. No, it wasn't a gutsy playcall. That's our default 4th down go for it because its inexcusable to punt from the 30 and we don't have any kicker range. The coaching staff gets no credit for that, and even less for the horrific stretch call.

  179. A 47-yarder is a gimme for very few college kickers. And this is the same coaching staff that has punted several times inside the 40. Gutsy probably wasn't the right word, just like the play-call wasn't right.

  180. No, Gunnell did not HAVE to fair catch that.

  181. like our "brand" of football?

    what "brand" is that?

we've got a freshman QB rarely on target.

we've got a stud rb who's our best player.

    we've got no pass rush.

we've got a pretty good secondary that looks worse b/c there's no pass rush.

we have a kickoff returner that seems afraid of contact.

we have a punt returner who fair catches too much.

    we've got a stud mlb.

we've got a conservative coach with a conservative oc.

    what a brand.

i'm enertained, though. if high blood pressure is enertainment.

  182. how many times since the northeastern game has gunnell run back a punt? under five? very frustrating.

  183. I am not a Jags fan, but I loved when he would pull out the fake FG's and fake punts. I don't think Spaz has that mentality and he seems to be winning by playing it close the vest. But a little excitement would not hurt.

  184. Odds on a stretch-run to the near-side of the field? Even?

  185. We're lucky to be playing a Div. III version of the Terps...
They're 2-9 and we make them look threatening...
We need some cujones football, w/ or w/o the lime right now. Where's the imagination and the intelligence these guys get paid to execute?

We're making Montel carry the team without ammunition.

    Throw the ball to him!!!

Hit the TE!! Make sone friggin' noise!!

  186. Great catch by Pantale! First down stretch run?

Our coaches seem to think that field position is as good as scoring, a strategy that will get you few upsets or easy wins.

  187. Would they shut the F up about Montel's durability, they've already jinxed one good thing for us tonight.

  188. montel's approaching 40 carries. at least its the last game of the regular season.

  189. PANTALE HAS SERIOUS SKILLS. Why does he not get the ball mo' often.

Holding calls and double fouls!! I love this!!

That's Johnny Lojaks's kid who couldn't get in to ND where his dad was an All-American. How dumb is ND??

  190. Catch the damn ball!

  191. That's the Colin Larmond, Jr. we all know.

  192. Jesus Luhmond!!!

    ReplyDelete
  193. Well, we can't blame Tranq for that series. Terrible drop by Larmond.

As usual, this game is coming down to our defense.

    One last stand guys!

  194. Colin, Dave doesn't throw with that kind of accuracy very often. You sorta need to catch that.
