BC adds DLineman
New York DLine target Kyiev Bennermon committed to Boston College and Addazio. This is a major position of need, so Bennermon is well timed. I also appreciate that he was recruited by Paul Pasqualoni. Coach P knows the position well and knows upstate New York well. If he thinks Bennermon can play, the kid can probably play. Now that he has verballed, expect other programs to come calling offering scholarships. I just hope Bennermon continues to develop and stays loyal to BC.
Welcome to BC, Kyiev. We hope this works out well for you and we can always use help from NY linemen!
ReplyDeletelooks good!
ReplyDeleteHis highlight video hilarious. He's twice everyone size. I can see why other programs wouldn't bother to recruit this area of New York. Horrible competition, but this kid clearly has the size and build for DT. Moves great. He just needs to learn how to play against guys his size.
ReplyDeleteAnyone watch the Celtic game last night. They had Bates on during one of the breaks talking up the football schedule, very strange. Of course nobody mentioned he was leaving. When are we going to hire a new AD?
ReplyDeleteWhat is great is Paul Pasqualoni. Look for him to be the interim coach around Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteYikes. I guess there is potential but he is super raw. He stands straight up on every play and then runs into the lineman. This works fine when you have 6 inches and 80 lbs on your competition. He needs some serious coaching.
ReplyDeleteI grew up one town over from this duder. The quality of football in our area is absolutely laughable. Our "star" QB when I was in high school went to Hobart. I'm curious to see if this kid can make the leap.

ReplyDeleteWe stole him from Wagner and Central Connecticut, so yeah, I'd say we just put the conference on notice.
ReplyDeleteGood luck in the Military Bowl, FSU.
CT, I love your sarcastic wit. Dazoshit Is grooming Patriot League talent.
ReplyDeleteWhy is ATL celebrating these signings too?
ReplyDeleteSlow season
ReplyDeleteThank all of you for the support and for the ones that don't believe,... More fuel to my tank kids.
