Wish we could have Wake & NCSt again..feel like this team should be 9-3, 8-4...not a Daz fan for his past conservative play calling but he has increased talent level of roster..next years team has real chance to compete at top of conference..will have a ton of talent
BC needs to continue passing in the 4th quarter. I don't want to see them turtle up with only a 14 point lead. The offense needs to score at least 1 more time.
I can't believe he hasn't played Perry...if he doesn't played Perry and wasted his redshirt on 4 handoffs up 30 it will sum his roster management skills
Danny Boy: Don't feel bad...I live in upstate NY, near Binghamton. Direct TV has it on 788; but blacked out in deference to local stations. Local stations are showing Georgia vs Georgia Tech. That means I have no TV of game ...even ESPN 3 has it blacked out. I'm listening on the computer.
10 different guys have caught passes today - no one has more than 2 catches. Definitely spreading the ball around. It also helps to have over 300 yards rushing on over 50 carries.
The guy said 5 years and he has delivered. Ive questioned him in the past for game management. That won't change but bc will never fire a coach for that. Wade looks decent. Where would they be if he didn't get hurt in year 3. Get off the guys back. He has set up a good foundation.
very impressed with the win. what's not to like - great rushing, Wade played like an upper level QB and pretty decent defense. the future looks great. Want to hate Daz but i have to give him props for the his recruiting and improved play calling. we have been playing like a top 25 team. now on to a bowl game which if we win impressively we just might sneak into the top 25.
I still think that Daz is lacking as a game-day coach, but today was a good game - if against a mediocre opponent - and he's done some decent recruiting, e.g., Dillon. I was happy that Wade looked good - should give him and the team some confidence going into whatever bowl game we end up in.
I can report that Dinosaur BBQ is still in operation.
ReplyDeleteSo far we are 2-0 when I’m on the golf course and I have an 11:09 tee time today
ReplyDeleteGo Eagles
Go BC Eagles.
ReplyDeleteI'm at Bobby Dodd Stadium for the Georgia Tech vs UGA game.
Why isn't Dillon not starting? Anyone hear anything? Seems like an odd choice.
ReplyDeleteMaking good short passes.
ReplyDeleteTerrible
ReplyDeleteThe NCAA changed the chop block rules. Did no one tell the coaching staff? We've been called on that a lot this year.
ReplyDeleteWhat's up with Dillon?!?!
ReplyDeletePenalties are killers
ReplyDeleteLooking good
ReplyDeleteThere’s Dillon!🏈
ReplyDeleteFirst touch of the day and Dillon breaks a TD. I wonder why we waited so long to get him that touch.
ReplyDeleteI hope Dillon was just late for breakfast so had to sit out first couple snaps..I carry touchdown...best BC player since Ryan/Luke..incredible
ReplyDeleteI just don’t get Daz. You don’t start your best player?????
ReplyDeleteHope that doesn’t hurt
ReplyDeleteThat drive was the best Wade has looked since Louisville.
ReplyDeleteIt did
ReplyDeleteThat was terrible. Bad tackling.
ReplyDeleteDaz was probably just giving Hilliman the start in his last regular season game. Relaxx/
ReplyDeleteKickoff out of bounds, poor tackling, poor positioning, terrible drive for D
ReplyDeleteAmazing
ReplyDeleteDillon is just so effortless.
ReplyDeleteHope our defense is busy getting their heads on right. We're going to need them today.
Dillon!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteScratch that..Dillon best BC player since #22
ReplyDeleteNice answer.
ReplyDeleteWill this be whose defense is stouter?
ReplyDeleteDillon changed everything.
ReplyDeleteDoes Das Boot have an injury? I haven't seen his traditional touch backs in 3 games.
ReplyDeleteJust curious, is Landry out for season?
ReplyDeleteI agree in Das Boot, kicks nowhere near where they were earlier in the year..D needs to force a punt here
ReplyDeleteAllen has flattened qb once or twice already. Good sign?
ReplyDeleteSyracuse is ready for the jet sweep.
ReplyDeleteNow we need to answer on D.
ReplyDeleteWhen are they going to teach Dillon how to catch a pass?
ReplyDeleteAllen stayed right on him
ReplyDeleteNice D
ReplyDeleteCheevers needs to try to tackle instead of just throwing his body.
ReplyDeleteBig C!
ReplyDeleteSmith! Long overdue!🏈
ReplyDeleteHilliman really freed up Smith.
ReplyDeleteGreat blocking.
ReplyDeleteFantastic block by Hilliman.
ReplyDeleteSexy run by Smith. Speaking of sexy, I need this Comfort Click belt.
ReplyDeletethis is fun again.
ReplyDeleteGreat heads up play by Harris. Made possible by an amazing effort by Cheevers. Looking forward to his future at BC.
ReplyDeleteAnnouncers really dazzled!
ReplyDeleteBEAUTIFUL

ReplyDeleteDon't let up. Daz needs to get vengeance for all times cuse screwed us. Just keep putting up points and playing like it's 0-0.
ReplyDeleteBEAUTIFUL
ReplyDeleteIsmael is great. So is Philips.
ReplyDeleteThat was too easy. Need to put pressure on Culpepper.
ReplyDeleteThat was too quick
ReplyDeleteSafety issues.
ReplyDeleteSyracuse really biting on play action.
ReplyDeleteForget the score.
ReplyDeleteSyracuse is a tough team.
Beat CLEMSON
BC has to keep it up.
So far , so good !
O no. I think Orange woke up
ReplyDeleteThe meltdown has begun.
ReplyDeleteWe needed that. Big play by Denis.
ReplyDeleteDennis. Easy pick. Nice return.
ReplyDeleteNot offsides
ReplyDeleteDenis and defensive backfield in general has had a great year, huge improvement from last year..give Camp a raise
ReplyDeleteYuck. Good d by Cuse
ReplyDeleteThey figured out our one throw play.
ReplyDeleteThat was a terrible play. By everyone. OLine and Wade.
ReplyDeleteBC went to the well too many times there. They should have mixed in a pass play to keep Syracuse honest. We really needed the points there.
ReplyDeleteThey remind me of Matt Ryan teams
ReplyDeleteSyracuse does
ReplyDeleteWhy are we only rushing 3?
ReplyDeleteThis is how you manage your timeouts!
ReplyDeleteMay have froze him.
ReplyDeleteWhew!
ReplyDeleteDaz: 30 minutes of "lovin on each other"....I don't care what that means, I'm in.
ReplyDeleteSyracuse gave up 727 yds to UL last week. They stink. With their backup QB, they stink more. Go BC. Score 50.
ReplyDeleteAt Deweys in NYC, , GO BC, hoping for Pinstripe
ReplyDeleteWade looking good. With tight ends.
ReplyDeleteRah Dillon!🏈
ReplyDeleteThe boots to the TEs have been great.
ReplyDeleteWSBK really likes cutting it close getting us back to the action....they even go as far as not even showing us the touchdowns.
ReplyDeleteLoeffler calling a good game..Cuse D terrible..put up 50
ReplyDeleteIt is amazing how many guys Syracuse is using to stop the run.
ReplyDeleteWe have a 21 point lead going into the 4th and I don't feel comfortable.

ReplyDeleteI can't believe he hasn't played Perry...if he doesn't played Perry and wasted his redshirt on 4 handoffs up 30 it will sum his roster management skills
ReplyDeleteCuse is selling out against the run. If we don't run a play action deep route on first down, it's criminal.
ReplyDeleteHe needed a backup to get some reps in case Wade goes down. Even I know that and I'm from Italy.
ReplyDeleteIs it just the Denver affiliate that is missing plays? I feel like I'm drunk and time traveling coming out of commercials.
ReplyDeleteThis Syracuse D is bad.
ReplyDeleteCoverage is terrible, Danny Boy.
ReplyDeleteHilliman running like it's his freshman year again.
I missed the 4th and 1 stuff because the Watch ESPN was buffering.

ReplyDeleteDillon. That was the answer this yr. Made play-action a weapon. Made the TEs relevant.
ReplyDeleteThe guy said 5 years and he has delivered. Ive questioned him in the past for game management. That won't change but bc will never fire a coach for that. Wade looks decent. Where would they be if he didn't get hurt in year 3. Get off the guys back. He has set up a good foundation.
ReplyDeleteAnd the players genuinly like him
ReplyDeletevery impressed with the win. what's not to like - great rushing, Wade played like an upper level QB and pretty decent defense. the future looks great. ReplyDeleteAnd the offensive line is 100% better than the last two seasons.
ReplyDeleteSomeone has to explain Perry playing vs UConn
ReplyDelete
