What a "sorry a--ed" first half performance especially for special teams. Addazio will ride the horse until he gets hurt. Wake has enthusiasm. BC has the emotions of a rock.

Not sure you can play Dazzler for Walker dropping ball and Carlson not catching ball..take those two plays away and BC is up 14 and this game is over...BC needs a stop on first drive by Wake and a score and game is over

Those of you that were claiming a 10-win season or bust were a little over-exuberant. I'm not seeing it. I think 7 is the high mark. If they lose tonight, I'm thinking they will have a real difficult time versus Purdue, NC State, Clemson and Miami, and possibly even Syracuse.
Even if they win, I am not impressed with our defense or the special teams. The offense will be fine.

The Defense is Gucci=Good for those who don’t know. No need to worry. If you watch the Wake tape from last year the plays that were killing us, we have under check.
It wouldn’t be 35-10. They are at 270yds rushing. Point understood, but this RPO has messed us up. I think it’s because we lack DTs. Is there anyone in the pipeline? Ray needs stunts to rush. Wake figured that out.
Against a below average D1 team I would say the defense is awful. Mixed extra point could loom large especially since they can’t even kick a field goal if they get into Wake territory and it’s fourth down
Why does that crappy looking delayed run work for WF? I'll have to look at those runs in slow motion. The RB just slowly waits for the blocks and then moves, but the whole thing develops and our guys should be able to control the line enough to stuff it more than not.

Daz — this is the most talented team you have had the privilege to coach at BC. Nice job recruiting them — now get special teams figured out and solve some problems on D and make this happen. Here we are, now entertain us.
Love the win. And it is a great establishment of BCs passing acumen which should benefit the run as the rest of the schedule starts to scheme for the passing game, too. But. The O-line is not dominant or, at least, as dominant as they to or we were led to believe. That needs to be realized. For now, savor this.
Hopefully the Offensive Line will improve each week. They certainly could. Did the coach do the right thing moving Petrula back to Right Tackle from Center? Big Ben could clear out some space for AJ.
Making the ECHOES RING AGAIN FOR BOSTON . Excellent start under very difficult conditions NOW do away with Purdue and Temple and on to NC STate. AS Meta says to Pete and Pete responds "YES THAT WAS BOW WORTHY" GO BC
BC has probably given up more blocked punts for TDs than every other school in the country combined. Blow up the entire special teams unit and start over. The secondary played pretty well but the vaunted D line and linebackers struggled. Part of it has to be due to the fact Wake ran 105 plays which is crazy but they were consistent getting pushed around throughout the game. Let’s hope Brown can keep this up.
Who looked more impressive? Clemson or BC? Didn't Wake beat A&M last year? In 2015 and 2016 BC averaged 17 and 20 points respectively. In their last 12 contests they are averaging 35. A quantum leap. Great road win against a competitive team. Too many negative comments. Enjoy this outstanding team Too many nattering nabobs of negativism. Cheer up.
