I am on the road and away from my Tivo so I won't have second viewing thoughts and grades until Monday. I may have another post later tonight or Sunday afternoon.
Regardless of what happens next week, this team and staff deserve credit for winning ten games and six ACC games, something very few thought was possible.

Move over Miami
It seemed like this team's thoughts were elsewhere. I don't really care. We got the win, came away without any major issues or injuries, and finally beat a Miami team (even though it is a bad Miami team).
Jeff Smith is officially done with football forever. Too many concussions...
ReplyDeleteThat's too bad for BC Football and the young man - but his health is all that matters. I hope he is okay - not knowing too much about what happened to him.
ReplyDeleteWhere did you hear that about Smith? If so that's a real shame, he had the potential to be a real gem here.
ReplyDeletePeople on the team informed me...
ReplyDeleteThis win is more relieving than anything else, just to end two decades of misery against one team, and it's good to have another win to go into the ACCCG with momentum, we'll need it against a Hokies team hungering for revenge.
ReplyDeleteJeff Smith did have a lot of potential, but you're right, bigjackkrack, health is all that matters.
BTW, anybody see Jared Dudley's line tonight in his first NBA start? 11 points, 9 rebs, 3 asst and 1 block, he was guarding Pierce and Ray Allen all night. Not bad!
i heard the same news about Smith, his career is over and he has been offered a medical scholarship.
