What's up with the car? Was it a prize of some sort?

  6. DC United's jersey sponsor is Volkswagon, so it's probably there like an ad. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think this was Davies' first MLS goal this season.

The MLS website uses Microsoft Silverlight to view. I had to upgrade to view highlights for this season. It's the same deal if you watch Netflix streaming on your computer.

Good for Charlie. That was a ballsy way to take a stoppage time pk.

  7. Bill, Thanks for the coverage on Charlie!! Can't see it at work (tough firewalls) but I'll check it out tonight!

Anyone remember what BC team won the Eagles' first (maybe only?) ACC championship?

  9. I was at the game. VW has several cars on display at the end of the stadium which is what you see in the video. DC United fans LOVE Charlie Davies! He scored twice in the first home game a few weeks ago as well.
