In-game comments post: Virginia (ACCT Opening Round)

The ACC Tournament opened today and already saw a huge upset as Geogria Tech knocked off Clemson. I'm glad we fell to the sixth seed instead of playing the Jackets again. For those looking for a quick overview of UVA, here is Kenpom's scouting report for the Cavaliers. BC is currently favored by 4.5.

I will be at the game and not online. Leave your comments and thoughts below. Let's go Eagles!

Another typical Rice first half.

I love those BC commercials.

We go as Sanders goes.

Does anyone know of a free video stream of the game?

Sanders is the only NBA-possible talent on this team. Good body, inside-outside, only an occasional no-show (for a soph.).

Rice is a no-show again!

Yeah, opposing teams and their fans talk about stopping Rice?

Give me a break. This is UVA!

Good thing Rakim showed up tonight. Where are Rice/Trapani/Reggie?

Thanks Ryan!

I'll take it; let's beat Duke!

I certainly hope Rice gets more aggressive against Duke. We need him and Rakim for a 1-2 punch.

Southern probably won't have a game like that again. UVA has no talent inside.

UVA simply isn't very good.

On to Duke...

I just feel glad that BC got the win and pretty easily too. Did anyone watch the Syracuse-UConn game after BC ended? It went six ot's and was literally beyond incredible. It really was a phenomenal, historical and legendary college basketball game.

I watched the entire thing, Karen (the first part while I was listening to BC on the radio).

And I can tell you, for awhle, I was getting what I wanted -- and that was NOBODY WINNING!!

Haha I really couldn't decide who I wanted to lose more... Calhoun... Boeheim.... Devendorf....
