Coverage maps for FSU

For those of you who have scrambled to see games, this is your weekend. Through ABC and ESPN's mirror coverage system, most of you can see the game without jumping through hoops. The west coast fans are out of luck, but that is just a better reason to attend a Game Watch.

the crawl on ESPN just had a quote from Herzlich that he is cancer-free. maybe coincidental, maybe a timed announcement for the lead up to aturday. i am curious if they will be featuring his story on sportscenter leading up to the big show

I actually was going to mention this. Herzlich was on the Scott Van Pelt show yesterday and the quote as I remember it was "I spoke to my doctor two days ago and he said he was as confident as he could be without taking a biopsy that the cancer is gone."

You can dig around ESPN's site and get the archived show if you have Insider.

Both Globe and Herald mention his doctor said he was 99% sure the cancer was gone, but the 1% is because no biopsy was done yet.

Great news about Herzy.

That second map color scheme is backwards

Doesn't the BIG F'ing Ten have their own channel for intra conference games. No HD here....

It looks like it's on ESPN360, as well -- though I can appreciate how that's not much help for some. Until Comcast started paying for ESPN360, it made me so angry when there were 360-only games. Now that I have it, I no longer pay exorbitant rates for standard-definition PPV games.

The 360 site does say that the game is subject to blackout -- I imagine it's blacked out in areas where you can get the game on ESPN or ABC, right?

Great news about Herzlich. What a guy. I hope he comes back as an absolute monster next year.
