Blog schedule, the Toal patriarch and other links

Just a few links today, but I will have more decade and year in review stuff this week.

Here is a nice feature on Brian and Greg Toal's father. Although he doesn't have any more sons, Toal's relationship with BC remains very important as he is probably the most influential coach in New Jersey. Spaz needs to keep the Bosco pipeline going if he wants long-term success at BC.

HD gave Spaz glowing reviews for the season.

Incoming QB Chase Rettig is part of the Under Armour all star game this weekend.

A year ago Steve Addazio's knee surgery kept him out of the BC interview process. Now he is head coach (sort of) at Florida.

remember this guy?

it's against crappy competition, but he is still the best player on his team and, from the looks of it, a good shooter. he would have been a senior for us last year

Crane didn't start 11 games, did he? If he did, we would've been a lot better last year.
I liked him, I thought how Jags used him a good bit on option-like runs was weird though.

Pretty cool the best coach in NJ wears BC gear. Outside of Penn., NJ is probably the best place for football talent in the northeast.

Crane had a "decorated" career? Did I miss something?

Also, props to Jared Dudley for matching his career high of 19 against the Lakers last night.

Maybe decorating Matt Ryan's locker for 3 years

Dudley also had a fantastic against the rules move to steal the jump ball he had against Bynum...

This has made the rounds a couple of times now, but still cracks me up: Leandro Barbosa and the Phoenix Suns belting out a little Lionel Richie.

Our boy Jared makes a nice little cameo at the the :08 and 1:28 mark. What a character. Miss him in Conte.
