Men's Hockey advances and other links

BC beat Providence 4-2 in the Hockey East semifinals. They will play for the Hockey East championship Saturday night.

The Women's Hockey team wasn't as successful. They lost to Wisconsin 6-2 in the first game of the Frozen Four.

The baseball team lost their series opener to Clemson. They are still winless in ACC play.

Brady Heslip isn't good enough for BC or the ACC. Who needs him when we have Eddie Odio. I think Donahue is a very poor judge of talent every time I see Heslip play. I also realize how horrible we are as a team when I see other teams play.

Agreed harrow.

How did Donahue push away Heslip and then embrace Rubin, Moton, and Cahill??

Heslip had 27 points tonight in NCAA tourney.

Is Donahue a dud?

I admit I am not a basketball expert, by any means. However, how is it that a coach can't fit a talent like Brady Heslip into his plans???

Heslip was amazing. 9 for 9 with a very quick release reminiscent of Rettig. Obviously, Ravenel didn't have nearly Heslip's impact in his role as oxygen tank for Sullinger, but he's a big dude and would've been a big help rebounding for the Eagles. Throw Rakim back in there and those three guys plus Anderson and a platoon of Humphrey, Daniels and Jackson ... that might've been good to watch.
