Al Washington's Facebook page is the source of news again, as he states that BC has another commitment. Because of reporting rules, Coach Wash doesn't name the player, but it is generally assumed to be Defensive End Kevin Kavelec out of Cleveland St. Ignatius. While not highly rated Kavelec fills a major need and comes from a traditionally strong program with BC ties. I like the addition. We will see when official word comes from the Recruiting sites.

so now coaches can comment on recruiting before LOI's are signed?
DT - As long as he doesn't name the player I'm fairly certain it is OK. That's also, technically, a private feed, so he theoretically isn't publicly commenting on a recruit, which probably plays some part in it... ATL may want to check that out though.
The Coach Wash facebook page is public. I think he is okay because he doesn't name names.
Is the 4 team playoff a good move? If it brings in the additional $150 mil per bowl season it would seem so. 2. Are their now 5 power conferences and are they going to take 75% of the $400 mil. from the bowls and playoffs? If so that leaves $100 mil for the remaining non power conferences to split.or about 1.6 mil per team per year. The power conferences share will be $60 mil per conference or 4-5 mil per team.3 Will this large disparity result in the BE suing ESPN for orchestrating the above result and thus harming their league.( Gdf said ESPN told us what to do and ESPN arranged the expansion of the ACC) Anti trust laws may be implicated here. Time will tell.
we can follow them to get news
