BC commit throws perfect game and other links

Is help on the way for BC baseball? BC commit Michael Strem threw a perfect game during the California Central Coast playoffs. The incredible thing about the game is that he only needed to throw 66 pitches.

Steve Addazio went back to visit his old high school. It is one thing to visit high school prospects, but Addizio talked to regular students at this event. He doesn't have to do that but it shows that Addazio likes young kids and is willing to spread the word on BC football.

The Broncos are putting Tom Nalen in their Ring of Fame.

Thursday is an important day for the legal dispute between the ACC and Maryland.

Be a heck of a steal for BC if he can contribute, but something seems weird that he was able to escape the west coast, especially with all the top notch baseball schools out there.

The ACC's motion to dismiss was horrible, big let down. The ACC is using the same commercial lit team that defended BC's exit from the Big East, but they have zero antitrust experience and showed in the brief. They focused on the wrong issues, missed the easy vulnerabilities, and got the law wrong. The ACC just lost any easy opportunity to kick it erly.

Too bad the ACC didn't follow Latham's brief for the NCAA challenging PSU's similarly flawed antitrust case.
