Clemson is a great team, but they can be beat. We just need to play our best and play to win! Friday night at Alumni! Let's do this!

«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 213 of 213Love on espn they have a game long win probability. The lowest Clemson had was an 86.3% chance right before the BC FG.
Embarrassing but not unexpected. We are 3-3
OOPS 1988 WVA PUT UP 59 points 19-59
Congratulations - Clemson University has just broken the record for an opponent in Alumni Stadium as far as I know - as far as I remember in all my years of watching and rooting for my Boston College Eagles. I was a BC fan before I even entered as a Freshman in September 1964 - so we're talking over 50 years.
56 points - in our stadium.
Knucklehead is right about Wade, I guess. But we haven't seen much of him, so who knew?
Louisville will do the same to us or worse, and FSU might as well, even though they're not as good this year.
Year 4, Coach Addazio - but it's a process. So far we're in the 8th year of Spazadufus-Defildicko and Bates-Addazianus.
Hang in there, BC Faithful - it's a process. We'll be better next year. You bet.
Mod - that was in Morgantown.
This is heartbreaking. We are just about at rock bottom. Crowd Clemson 60/40
1981 UNC put up 56 but at UNC
1968 Army put 58 on BC but at Army
was this the worst at BC??
1942 Holy Cross put up 55 in Alumni
2 of the top 4 biggest point losses belong to Addazio A distinctly noteworthy achievement especially coming so close to each other. After Louisville he might retire the trophy for losing by the most points claiming 3 out of the top 5 and he did it in one year. God save us.
This team is beyond bad. Can't wait until Louisville comes to town and lays 60 on us.
The last 3-4 years have been interesting. Defensively BC's weakness was always the corners. We couldn't tackle in the flat or in open space for 25 years up to when Don Brown took over at DC. At the same time on offense our strength was always o-line which kept us competitive against everyone. Now the o-line is as inept as the corners used to be.
I would give away this defensive back group for a good o-line if I could.
Enjoyed the periscope, Bill. Keep doing 'em
The worst part for me at this point is not feeling angry or upset.
It's starting to feel like I don't even care.
I've got this stack of season tickets and Shea Field parking passes, most of which will go unused this season by me or anyone else, as I literally couldn't find ANYONE to give them away to this week. (Couldn't go due to work)
Who wants to make the effort anyway for a shitty tailgating experience (getting hassled by cops even when less than half the tailgating spots are being used) when the games on the field are TERRIBLE. Beating down on cupcakes and getting humiliated by ACC teams.
Since I started rooting for BC in the early 80's I have never before been discouraged to the point of truly losing interest. It's happening now.
Saddest of all is that this nadir is happening while 2 of my kids are attending BC.
I hear you albanyeagle.
I really feel bad for today's students. Good sports, fun sports was a key part of my BC experience.
That is obviously not the case any more. Kids a really missing out. (Are you listening Padre Lahey?)
What a shame. There still is hockey I guess
