Report: Landry's status remains in question

Per The Heights, Harold Landry missed practice this weekend and his status for the NC State game remains unknown.

At this point, there is really no reason to play Landry unless he is healthy. Once, his presence drew attention and created opportunities for teammates. Now that he is known to be gimpy, it is not like NC State is changing their gameplan around based on him taking the field. The DLine was pretty good without him last game. If he is not close to 100%, the other options are probably better than an injured Landry this game.

NC State should be a good match up for Landry. They will pass and the QB will stay in the pocket. It would be great for him to be ready. I just hope that he is ready sooner rather than later. I want this senior season to be worth it to him and BC.

The senior season is already lost for Landry. He has been a shadow of his former glory and will probably be a low draft choice. Sad.

Lots of seriously injured players get drafted high now. Jacksonville took a guy from UCLA(I believe) and Dallas took a guy from ND. He probably has a high ankle which shouldn't ruin him for the NFL. Second round if the injury is what I think only because of no production this season not the injury itself.

35 degrees on Saturday. Some frost on the windows of the Newton Marriott when those motherfuckers wake up on Saturday morning.

We will see what happens. Never know with the Eagles.

I hope there's a blizzard with temps in the twenties.

Check out some of the draft boards re: Landry. This season is not hurting his draft status at all. Let's not write off our own guys, particularly those who have shown marked loyalty to the school by sticking around for this year.

Ankle sprains can take forever to heal. The injury hopefully won't be held against him.

The Combine will be important for Harold.

Get your degree, Mr. Landry and make us even prouder of you.
