More CFN preview stuff

College Football News released more of their preview features. They consider BC the 5th best team in the Atlantic Division and the 9th best team in the ACC.

There is plenty of good news, like they pick Dillon to be the Offensive Player of the Year. Also, Sweeney, Lindstrom, Allen, Walker and Dennis made first team All ACC.

And here are the opponent previews, I have yet to highlight:
-- Clemson
-- Virginia Tech

It's funny that we have more first team All-ACC selections than anyone, yet are picked 5th in the division and 9th overall. Seems like a miscalculation somewhere, or just giving us the Daz 2-3 win discount.

We will be at least 5th any less GET RID OF DAZZLE NOT. Hopefully we can steal 4th spot.
Every game should be exciting with us having a shot

Don't take the predictions as a slight to BC. Its pretty simple. We have good talent, but it takes more than that to win. If 7-8 games are close, do we really believe that our coaching staff wins the majority of those games? We lose most of them. That is factual. Sad, but factual. Even if we win half of those close ones... yep 7-6 written all over it. I would love to be wrong. Temple and Wake Forest are going to be big games that will set the course of the season.

Don't forget Purdue. These are all make or break games.

It was said well above. Minimum two win discount for having a bumbling in-game coach. That gets us to about fifth. Pretty spot on.

A 2 win discount moves us from 9-4 to 7-6. Which is what we've been all but one year under Daz.

Just purchased the Phil Steele annual encyclopedia. He’s got us at 19 and 3rd in the Atlantic. He also has AJ as a heisman contender.

The media, especially the sports media, are much dumber than even cynics surmise. Whether politics or sports, they are group-thinkers to the extreme. Some would say sheeple. I think that’s a discredit to my lamb chops.
