A gambler who believes in BC

This is random, but I came across this interview with ESPN's Ian Fitzsimmons. In it he talks about gambling on the upcoming College Football season and early bets. It can be your typical radio appearance until he gets to BC [BC talk starts at 6:50]. He loves BC and thinks we can win eight or nine. Get on the bandwagon now folks.

Hope springs eternal. It could be a blessing the national media has such little respect for BC.

When Tom O’Brien was coach, 8-9 wins was a given. Now it’s a lofty goal. Sad.

This guy is correct. We will be getting points in a lot of games that we are going to win outright and we will beat the spread the games that we are underdogs. NC State, Louisville, Purdue/ VT, Miami, FSU and Clemson.

I don't think anyone realizes how much shit we are going to kick up this season. Assuming the QB isn't a bust.

The Achilles heel is the run oriented offense. Loeffler has the expertise to run a diversified pro style offense. We shall see if Daz lets him do it. Nine man lines and still running has been the history followed by a strong defense. I don't think that the defense without Landry will be able to do it. If Brown will only run and can't pass, then you have to give the ball to McDonald.

JBQ - they kicked in at the end of the year last year - with no Landry. He barely played last year and not at all when we got hot. Concerns are: 1) Brown - passing game. Is he back and can we become decent at passing 2) DL depth: we saw the starting 4 last year but know NOTHING about anyone after them 3) DBs: Our 2 safeties are great. We lost some good players at corner. The corners are an unknown.
