The guys are down in North Carolina for the ACC Media Days. Here is their opening press conference. Nothing ground breaking but it seems like Christian and the players are very optimistic about the upcoming season.

The Boston Globe has a photo of them in a private jet enroute. I hope the ACC paid for the flight.
@ibkjj: Why can't they fly Delta or Southwest like everyone else? Maybe, Christian is a "legend in his own mind" who lives in the penthouse.
I guess that you are assuming that BC paid for a private plane. Any chance that that is not the case? Remember what ASSUME does.
Someone here is huge fan of comparing BC to Gonzaga. I know for a fact Gonzaga private jets it's program assets everywhere it can and has been doing it for 10 years. It isn't 1986 anymore. Free ride means more than it used to.
@Joseph: Not necessarily a big deal. However, just who else would have paid for it? It couldn't have been a booster. As for "Ass U Me", the answer is self explanatory.
@Knucklehead: Actually, you are right. It might be good for BC to step it up a notch. Gonzaga is a Jesuit program with a lay president. Leahy is on his last legs and BC will soon be in the same boat. ---There has to be a reason why fans are staying away from Alumni in droves and why no self respecting bowl game wants any part of BC and its lack of fan travel. It is so bad that in 2007 in the ACC Championship game that "the fix was in" from the ACC referees. Gonzaga generates money from basketball. All that Leahy wants is that fat paycheck from the ACC with minimal input. In other words, he wants something for nothing.----As an aside, Donna Shalala as president of Miami used her friendship with Leahy to get BC into the ACC in the first place. She is now running for Congress in Florida to take the place of the retiring Cuban conservative woman. Donna Shalala is a liberal crony of the Clintons. The Cuban is a fighter for tradition and morality.
