I know football just ended and many are still skeptical after four years of Spaz, but I got a tingle in my spine when the ACC released our opponent for next year. Our old home and away series as well as our cross divisional games got shuffled a bit due to the arrival of Pitt and Syracuse. New looks for BC include a home game against Syracuse and the Virginia Tech series getting tweaked so that they come to Alumni again in 2013. Our lone cross-divisional game will be UNC (the only ACC team we have yet to beat in Football).
I don't know about you but this has me excited. September can't get here soon enough.

BC is @ Cuse this year, not home...Carolina is a tough draw for the crossover opponent too
And isn't VA Tech also a cross-divisional game? According to the infographic, they're our "primary" crossover opponent.
Bummer about BC being at 'Cuse, I was hoping to go to that game this year.
All in all though it looks like we made out pretty well. FSU/Vtech in odd years, Cuse/Clemson in even years. Should balance our attendance out a bit. I wonder if Louiseville will move the needle at all with BC fans. Gotta be better than Maryland, right?
We beat UNC during the Flutie era by a big score, unless you mean since BC has been an ACC member.
We beat them in the 2004 Continental Tire bowl, I think. But yeah, it's the only team we haven't beat since we joined the league.

Yes, they have always been our "primary" crossover opponent, ever since we joined the ACC. It means we play them every year, whereas e.g. we don't play UNC every year.
An aside: football recruits getting screwed in Cincy by Tuberville link
Nasty. Glad Addazio is not like this.
Note to Addazio: Maybe some DBs for BC now available?
I'm so excited for this league, surely not only me but all the fans out there. Go Maryland!
