Christian gets another guard in the recruiting class

Georgia prospect Avery Wilson committed to BC Friday. Wilson's offer list is not particularly impressive, but like some other recent recruits, he has good athleticism and could be considered a late bloomer. Due to our lack of depth, he should get playing time right away. As much as I would love Christian to be bringing in elite recruits, I have no problem with taking a shot on a good athlete. Welcome Avery. I hope you help provide a spark and surprise next year.

Averaged 19.6 but his team had a 7-19 record. http://www.news-daily.com/sports/forest-park-high-s-avery-wilson-entering-senior-year-with/article_279683c7-43f1-5b1f-a019-fa9c44deb821.html

BC was his best offer by far. Hope he's a diamond in the rough.

Scraping the bottom of the barrel for recruits still.

What do you expect? The coach is gone.

The Spring Game was interesting. Brown looked good at QB. His receivers were not very good. One stiff dropped a long well thrown TD pass. Wade probably had better numbers but he doesn't play the position as well as Brown. Sweeney is a very good TE and Levy is like Tyler Rouse with legit speed. Dazzler still favors Richard Wilson. The stiff RB a few years ago who turned down Rutgers for BC was okay but not fed the ball much(cannot remember his name right now). The o-lineman #76 was not in pads and on crutches. They don't have rosters available in the stadium so the o-line situation is difficult to decipher. Wades line gave him better protection than Brown. None of the receivers "stood out" to me.

The defense looked good. The DB Torres was all over the field. Zach Allen was very good. They were intense. They will be good. Not as good as they have been over the years though. Talent from Don Brown year is filtering out.

Brown stood out to me. Taller than Wade, throws a sharper more accurate pass(short and deep). He can move around as well. Wade is going to start because Dazzler loves him but after ND and Clemson waste us Brown ought to get starts from C Michigan on. He looks like a decent long term option. Only seen him play once though.

"Wades line gave him better protection than Brown." - They were rotating the team they were playing for so each played behind both lines

Please shut up with your idiocy.

Did you watch the same spring game? Browns throws we're terribly inaccurate. Can't blame it on his receivers because they constantly switched. Brown didn't look good or comfortable. Anyone who had a choice would pick Wade over Brown currently 100% of the time. Daz doesn't love Wade. You just hate him.

Jeremy - considering knucklehead didn't realize the qbs were switching teams...I don't think he watched

Got a bee in your bonnet? Don't be upset with me because you over paid for your Darius Wade FatHead.

I said Wade should start. His throws are weak though. He takes too much time making decisions. He isn't going to fair well this season and probably won't make it beyond the Clemson game. Brown was picked off on a deep throw because the receiver was turned around by the defender and his long TD pass was dropped by some stiff. Were you paying attention?

Either way Dazzler does love Wade. He convinced him not to transfer.

Hario, Congratulations. Not joking. On April 22, 2017 you told me something I didn't know. Tell your friends.

Hey knucklehead - I just wanted to make sure thread was informed (you included) not sure why you're upset
