The CWS is highly televised. However, there's not likely to be much coverage this weekend (unless you get ESPNU) as the baseball tournament will be competing with the French Open, NBA playoffs, and the softball CWS. At this point, it doesn't look like Texas is going to be on ESPNU until Saturday. If the guys find a way to advance, there'll be many more opportunities for TV coverage next weekend.
Congrats to the Eagles. When BC joined the ACC, many said that it was a move that would cripple our spring sports teams. Well, the ACC got seven bids into the NCAAs and the Big East got one. Do the math. BC absolutely made the right move all the way around. Hats to Mik Aoki on a fabulous job with the program. Pete Hughes took off for Va. Tech and hasn't done anything there. Great work BC.

I'm considering driving down from Dallas. Pretty cool...
I'm in Dallas too and am considering doing the same...get the word out among Texas alums...
Any word about TV coverage?
ESPN had all kinds of softball NCAA action on over the weekend, so I'm guessing the college world series would be televised as well.
