Re Conte Scoreboard: Agreed ... the new scoreboards/screens in Conte are outstanding -- except that they've replaced the classic, all-caps "BOSTON COLLEGE" with the italics version. Alas ...
A few related observation: Crisler Arena looked great on tv. This was due in large part to the student section: located courtside, immediately behind the players benches -- and opposite the tv cameras -- as well as behind one of the two buckets. Only when the cameras panned out considerably could you tell that there were empty seats in the stands opposite the students.
Attendance for yesterday's game was listed as 10,718 (Crisler Arena capacity: 13,751). Last year, when Boston College hosted Iowa for the ACC-Big Ten Challenge, attendance was listed at 4,084 (Conte Forum capacity: 8,606).
Kelly Z's pic of the Michigan scoreboard shows an announcement indicating that tickets for the Wolverines' next game against Arkansas-Pine Bluff this Saturday are still available, stating at $5.
bceagles.com currently opens with an announcement that tickets for our next game against Miami this Sunday are still available, stating at $15.
It will be interesting to compare attendances at Crisler (larger arena, non-marquee opponent, cheaper tickets) and Conte (smaller arena, conference foe, 3x more expensive) this weekend.

Off-topic...but Hofstra just dropped its football program.
That means we have an open date next season that needs to be filled...

Brady Heslip - http://crownmagonline.com/tag/brady-heslip/
(one of the articles mentions him coming in January and making an immediate impact. probably bad info....i think)
Any win over Michigan is a good day for BC.
