More Outlow stuff and other links

Addazio's first real commitment spoke to ESPN about BC. Based on Outlow's comments, you can tell Addazio is pitching BC's academics (as he should), but he's also selling early playing time. Hopefully the ability to play early carries across this whole recruiting class.

The Red Sox will only use their relievers against BC in our annual exhibition Spring Training game.

Here is a Q&A with Nick Clancy.

This is about Nebraska, but I think it is an interesting read on geography, player development and how recruiting has evolved. Because Nebraska has to look beyond its borders for talent, I thought there were a lot of lessons for BC to learn.

andre williams and deuce finch will be seniors next year.

so when Outlow is a freshman, Tahj Kimble will be a senior, myles willis will either be a redshirt freshman or sophomore. i gotta say, I was more impressed with Willis' highlight tape than Outlow's but i'll trust the other offers that this guy is legit.

we should be (and probably are, given addazio seems to not have his head entirely up his ass like that fraud Spaziani) highlighting the chance for early PT on the O-Line, D-line, and secondary as well.

Willis' highlight reel was electric, but I think he's a lot smaller than Outlow, which may have something to do with the lack of big time offers for him.

Hopefully I am wrong and Addazio is not Jags-off and Outlow is not Josh Hayden.

Erily similar situation.

Nice touch by Brad Bates, our new AD, to greet BC fans arriving at the hospitality tent before the Red Sox game today. I had a chance to spend about 5 minutes with him and was impressed. We spoke mostly about Jerry York and the hockey program. I suggested to Brad he find a Jerry York type to coach all sports and his work will be done.He is a huge York fan, as he should be.
Good luck Brad and welcome to BC
