Okay I am over it, I am rooting like heck for this guy to do well, I personally do not think it will work, but I will be there when BC comes into play UNC, Duke, and State. It seems like 20 years ago when I sat in the Dean Dome and watched Craig Smith and the boys demolish UNC. I never thought I would long for the days of Skinner. Great post about Fogler search firm, I still cant figure out how he has become some sort of guru. It still bothers me that our AD has to hire a search firm, what do we pay an AD to do anyway, is that not part of his job. It is apparent from his words and hires that "enthusiasm" might be his most important metric.
