After we beat NC in that game Dean Smith called Boston College one of the dirtiest team he had ever seen. Danya Abrams crushed the NC guard, Phelps?, on one play as he was driving to the basket. Smith went nuclear.
A week later when we beat Indiana Bobby Knight said Boston College was one of the most well coached teams, by Jim OB, he had encountered.
Someone erased the line on that BC hoops poster that says "Until our overpaid, egomaniac AD hires an unqualified coach who couldn't judge ACC talent if it fell in his lap"
