Regardless of where he plays and what sort of impact he eventually makes, landing Lewis is a good sign. He previously verballed to Tennessee and had plenty of Power 5 offers (including late pushes from Penn State and Baylor). Addazio will hopefully close this class out strong and give his roster the overall depth he needs.

Eagle in Atlanta - you say that Addazio may be bringing in another QB in this class. Do you have a source that has indicated another 5th year transfer or a young man not yet committed to a program may join the BC QB ranks ?? C.S. Lewis, author of "The Screwtape Letters" was born in 1898 and passed on in 1963. I am quite sure that the mother of this young man is a God fearing woman and named her son after this paragon of religious thought. The "J" must have been a typo.

I am still puzzled by the template for recruitment announcements which starts out: "Blessed to....".
There are many observations to be made about big time college football recruitment, including whether BC still qualifies for that status; but I've never seen such an odd method of announcing recruit commitments.
