BC headed to National Championship game after knocking off Terps
The Boston College Women's Lacrosse team is one step closer to a National Championship after beating No. 1 Maryland Friday night. BC started a little slow and trailed during the first half. However, Sam Apuzzo got hot and lead the scoring charge in the second half. BC takes on James Madison Sunday for a chance at the school's first national championship in an ACC sport (sailing and hockey don't apply).

Don't understand why "sailing and hockey don't apply".
JBQ, because neither of those sports are in the ACC. Not sure what league sailing is in, but hockey is in Hockey East
He simply meant that they are not technically ACC sports. BC’s hockey team is in the Hockey East Conference and the sailing team is in NEISA (New England Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association).
Pumped for our lax team!
Crushin’ it!!!
Excellent!!!
Go BC DO IT "FOR BOSTON" " MAKE THE ECHOES RING AGAIN "
Congrats. Tired of relying on the chess team for BCs only victories.
