After weeks of waiting, we now know that Ky Bowman is returning to play college basketball next year.
With the return of an elite player, what should the expectations be for him and his teammates? I think Bowman will be first team All ACC and has the chance to lead the conference in scoring and assists. If he plays that well, BC will be a .500 team in conference and likely return to the Tournament.
If Bowman doesn't play that well next year, then you have to question where he will stand with NBA teams. He met with plenty this go around. They see his size and understand his game. All that is missing is an explosive season and proof that he can make his teammates better.
While the system isn't fair, I wish Bowman nothing but the best. He's been fun to watch. I now just want a happy ending.

The 24 ppg we lose with Robinson leaving has to be replaced somewhere on the roster. I could see Bowman going from 17 ppg to 25 ppg. I don’t expect Mitchell or Popovic to increase their scoring totals at all. Gonna need the two incoming freshman (Tabbs and Hamilton) to combine for about 16 ppg to make up for the lost scoring
.500 in he ACC gets you to the NCAA tournament...
Is the Illinois St guy coming back.
At last some good news. Has Deonate Higgins situation been resolved? Make a big Difference.
Would really like to see Jim add Danya to staff to work with bigs and recruit.
Will be interesting to see how charismatic women's bb coach fares in cleaning up the
floppo mess.
Knows nothing about sports. Just has to cry about something.
Does returning to the tournament mean getting back to the NIT like last year?
It is odd because you make it odd in your warped mind. Very warped.
Stupid question.
Saw report today BC finalist for Mustapha Heron (think that is correct spelling) from Auburn. Between BC, UConn and St.Johns. Would be HUGE get and fill Robinson loss. BC NCAA tourney team with him and Bowman. If they get Hawkins back they are top 25. Supposedly visiting BC this Saturday
Heron would be a massive pickup. Former 5 star recruit from Connecticut. He fills the void Roninson left immediately. Also hearing us linked to Tramaine Isabell. 20 ppg guy but he’s a point guard. Would have to move him or Bowman off the ball. Either guy would greatly enhance our NCAA tourney chances
Great weekend to have recruits on campus... Reunion weekend. Going to be a glorious mess!
Just read that Heron's headed to St. John's.
