Crud, the last time we played a team that had lost 3 in a row, we got annihilated.
There’s about as much activity here as there is in the stadium.
The first few minutes are looking great. What's up with the bell ringing after scores? Is that a new thing? I don't recall that when I attended a game Alumni last season.
Good start. Need to keep up the pressure. Daz is already thinking about prevent defense.

I agree that they should score as much as possible. Louisville has talent and potential but they seem out of sorts and uninspired. Let’s keep them that way.

I am following the game on Gamecast while finishing up some work. I may have to find it on at a bar for the second half if it is close. Then again, based on the last five minutes, it may not still be close at that point.
As much as I despise Addazio, this is on the BC players not protecting the ball.

Defensive play calling is terrible too. Corner plays 10 yards off the slot receiver then covers the deep ball. Linebacker trying to cover the slot receiver on out patterns. He gets beat for a ton of yards every time.

If it's a close game, we're hosed. He'll make bad play calls, manage the clock poorly and/or our clown show that is a kicking game will miss a key kick. We need to regain a 2 score lead to Daz-proof the game. Otherwise, we'll muck it up.

Brown was horrible on that 4th down pass. I'm still not sold on him. You have to move the ball when you get turnovers.

The offense needs a spark. Brown has struggled for weeks now. All of the great coaches make quarterback changes when necessary. You are losing to a team that is a 14 point underdog. If that does not scream QB change, I don't know what does.

Btw, I wouldn’t hate an updated version of the throwbacks as the full time uni. The gold pants work, love the block logo on the shoulder pads, but the numbers get bunched on most of the jerseys, making them kinda useless. Maybe bigger numbers without the gold outline.

These coaches are idiots. Everyone knew Bailey was going to get the ball on that 3rd down. It would have been the perfect time to do play-action to the tight end, which has worked on multiple touchdowns this season.

Great play call on fourth and one. As this game looks like it will be life and death to win, look at Louisville’s other scores this year including giving up 66 points to Georgia Tech last week.

They are beating the spread! 24 straight points. Although there is definitely opportunity for improvement.
One positive is that they are holding together without Dillon. If BC had punched in a few of the goal line attempts and avoided giving up so many points off turnovers this game wouldn’t be close.
NC State loss looms large from a record standpoint although upcoming games against Miami, Vtech, Clemson likely to bring BC back to the pack in the Coastal division.

I feel as though most of think this team could have been 7 and 0 or at least 6 and 1.
So now we'll have to steal two from Miami, Clemson, FSU, and VT and beat Syracuse to have that 8 and 4 year.

Beat Miami on Red Bandanna Game Night.
Miami and Virginia Tech very beatable. ACC is weak this year except for Clemson. Other teams that are usually good such as Florida State, Miami, Louisville, and Virginia Tech all having down years. Pitt and UNC not any good and Syracuse very mediocre. But BC hasn’t played a team yet they should have lost to so I would expect several more losses in addition to Clemson. They will play call their way into losses and/or shoot themselves in the foot with mistakes.

But a lot of good stuff today, so we don't have to dwell on the bad stuff in victory.
Take it and move on with 13 days to prepare. When Dillon comes back, they have four backs to run the ball.
