We hoped that winning the Beanpot would be a spring board but our first few post Beanpot games have been frustrating. Following Friday's loss, the team tied UNH Sunday afternoon. They still trail Merrimack in the Hockey East standings.
Marcellus Bowman signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
On the recruiting front, BC was one of the first to offer a scholarship to Florida WR Garrett Johnson.
Women's Basketball lost to Miami.
Women's Ice Hockey shut out UConn.
Baseball lost to Marist.

Our Beanpot win was over two losing teams. Not too impressive, really.
But if anyone can turns these guys around, we all know who that is. IYWT
The team has been up and down this season on account of injuries and suspensions. York reconfigures everything after losing Alber, the McLeod injury, the Matheson suspension and now Hayes gets himself douched off the team. If we can settle things down the team will go on a run.
Knuck - I don't think Matheson was suspended, he was concussed, and my understanding is that Hayes has douched himself into a suspension not dismissal. I've heard that he's been "written up" a number of times and this time was the "next to last straw", hence the suspension. Maybe you have newer info?
Either way, the team is much stronger with Hayes and without all these line-up disruptions, as you state.
We need more players like Marcellus Bowman on our 2013 football squad.
Why is it at m34b can always find the negative. They won the fnn thing. What do you want? should they give it back because the competition was not up to your standards?
JoJo: give it a rest. Like each of us, 34B is who he/she is. In aggregate, our individual differences give the whole balance. 34B is here to balance your everlasting sunshine. Together you make flowers grow. Damn, I just threw up in my mouth a little.
Yes, Joseph, chill. You've become rather petty.
If you don't like my comments, ignore them.
