Former BC football player Nat Dixon is headed to UT Chattanooga as a Basketball player. Maybe this could have been easier if Addazio and Christian worked something out so Dixon could have ditched BC Football for BC Basketball!
Wagner is also playing UMass this year too. It is an ambiston schedule for a FCS.

Chattanooga has a good program. They played Indiana in the first round of the NCAA.
There are high school teams in Texas and Florida more formidable than Wagner. Disgraceful.
Is there any story behind Wagner as there was with Howard? I mean did we schedule Southwest Wyoming State and did they cancel their game at the last minute leaving Brad no choice other than to bring on Wagner?
Perhaps so - but Wagner? They could have achieved that by scheduling somebody beatable but who passes the straight face test like - well - like Boston College. Hard to believe Bates would willingly expose himself and the program to ridicule unless Wagner was the only available team for reasons beyond his control.
