This is a typical marketing video, but it is not from BC. It is from the construction company, so their perspective is a little different. It is less about all the talking points we've heard and more about the construction logistics.

This will be a great facility and will help upgrade the stature of the program. This plus the new rec complex and baseball facility - all good. After these are in place - the next priority has to be taking down Flynn and building a state of the art student center to replace McElroy and continuing to build on campus housing so that everyone gets a room and won't have to deal with the local slumlords.
